what happens next!?


Refined Event rentals focuses on making the rental process easy.

Whether you need to rent for a wedding or are planning a corporate event, we are here to help you. The rental process starts the moment you contact us. Refined Event Rentals will make the entire process as easy as possible by working with you to take your vision from an idea to reality.

If you know exactly what you need to make your event a success, it’s as easy as emailing us your wishlist.

Once you have selected your items, we will create a quote for the rental items you've requested plus any additional fees including but not limited to delivery, installation and retrieval. When you have reviewed your quote and are ready to reserve the rental items, we will send you an online contract to sign-off on and require a deposit equal to 50% of the rental charges. You can continue to make any changes to the order after you place your deposit up until 7 days prior before your event.

Seven days prior to your event you will receive a confirmation email, requesting you to review your order thoroughly, checking the event date, items rented and if your order is to be delivered, the delivery address, times, and instructions. This review will help us ensure your event is a success.

 

Full payment is also due 7 days prior to your event and prior to delivery or pickup.

We check all of our rental equipment before it leaves our warehouse, but on occasion you may have issues with an item you’ve rented. Test all equipment as soon as possible, count the items and notify us immediately of any problems by calling 780-940-8757.

When your order is returned to the Refined Event Rentals warehouse it is counted to ensure there are no missing items. You will be charged for any missing items but will receive a refund if you provide Refined Event Rentals with the items within 30 days.

OUR FEES

At Refined Event Rentals, we strive to provide an intentional experience throughout the planning process so the installation of your rentals comes together seamlessly. In order to do so, we've created a step by step process that ensures the utmost care for our clients.

MILEAGE FEE

Delivery of rental items is a flat rate of $150 each way within a 100km radius. If the client’s venue location is greater than 100km from the Refined Event Rentals warehouse, a mileage charge of $1.50/km will be charged on top of the flat rate delivery charge each way.


setup + takedown FEEs

To better help our clients budget we have, set flat fee rates for all our labor contracts:

Installation Fee: $800

Retrieval Fee: $450

Room Flip: $300

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE(%)

We know that our items sometimes get a little too much love, so we charge a non-refundable 10% damage waiver to every delivery order. This covers normal wear & tear, but does not cover gross negligence – such as damage caused by drinks/wax spills, or pieces not protected from inclement weather.


LATE NIGHT + EARLY MORNING FEE

If a delivery is prior to 9AM a $100 fee will apply to cover the overtime hours of our delivery team. Likewise, if you require pick up after 10PM another $100 fee will apply to continue to cover the cost for overtime labor.
